養殖 (ようしょく) is used for animals (fish, shellfish), while 栽培 (さいばい) is used for plants (seaweed, algae). However, in practice, 海藻の養殖 is common, and 栽培 is rarely used for seaweed in everyday language. For microalgae, 培養 (ばいよう) is often used.
The direct katakana word アクアカルチャー exists but is rarely used outside of brand names or very specific contexts. Stick with 養殖 for natural Japanese.
