If you need to buy baby wipes, asking for おしりふき (oshirifuki) will get you exactly what you need. Saying ベビーワイプ (bebii waipu) is also understood, but おしりふき is more natural.
The literal translation 赤ちゃん拭き (akachan fuki) is not used and sounds unnatural. Stick with おしりふき.
