When talking about raising children with good manners, do not use 教育する (kyōiku suru). Instead, use しつける (shitsukeru) or 育てる (sodateru). 教育する sounds too formal and academic for parenting contexts.
彼女は三人の子供を育てた。
She educated (raised) three children.
