In Japanese, expressing 'everybody' depends on context, formality, and whether the group is inclusive of the speaker. Common words include みんな (casual/inclusive), 皆さん (polite), and 全員 (formal/complete group). Often, the subject is omitted when clear from context.

Everybody gather! (like a roll call)
Formal term for 'all present' or 'everybody here'. Often used in speeches or written notices.
Sometimes used with が to emphasize 'every single person' as the subject.
In Japanese, pronouns and subjects are often omitted when clear from context. 'Everybody' may not need to be explicitly stated.
みんな is casual and inclusive, often used among peers. 皆さん is polite and used when addressing a group directly. 全員 emphasizes every single member of a defined group and is more formal or administrative.

While 皆 (みな) is a word, it can sound stiff or old-fashioned if used casually. Stick to みんな or 皆さん unless in set phrases or formal writing.

Everybody at the company deeply apologizes.
