The English phrase 'humble opinion' is often used ironically or as a set phrase. In Japanese, directly translating it as 謙虚な意見 (kenkyo na iken) sounds unnatural. Use the set phrases above instead.
私見 is the standard formal term for 'my personal opinion.' 愚見 is more self-deprecating and humble, suitable for very formal situations or when showing extreme deference. In most business contexts, 私見 is sufficient.
