管轄 (kankatsu) specifically refers to jurisdiction in the legal sense, such as a court's authority over a case or area. 権限 (kengen) is a broader term for authority or power, which can be used in non-legal contexts as well. When translating 'jurisdiction', 管轄 is usually the safer choice for legal matters.
司法権 (shihōken) means 'judicial power' as a branch of government, not 'jurisdiction' in the sense of a specific court's authority. Using it to translate 'jurisdiction' would be incorrect in most contexts.
