East longitude. Used when specifying a longitude value east of the prime meridian.
West longitude. Used when specifying a longitude value west of the prime meridian.
When mentioning both, the common order is 緯度 (latitude) then 経度 (longitude), as in 緯度経度 (いどけいど). However, 経度緯度 is also acceptable.
