Asking about frequency.
Means 'how often' or 'how much' depending on context. When asking about frequency, it's often followed by 〜ますか or 〜ていますか.

Similar to どのくらい, slightly more casual. Used in the same way to ask about frequency or amount.
Literally 'about how many times'. More specific when you expect a numerical answer.

よく means 'often' (high frequency), while たいてい means 'usually' (most of the time). よく implies frequency but not necessarily majority; たいてい implies more than half the time.
私はよくコーヒーを飲むが、たいてい朝だけだ。
