勤務先 is formal and often used in official documents. 職場 is common in daily speech and refers to the work environment. 会社 specifically means 'company' and is the most frequent word when talking about your employer.

In casual conversation, 会社 is often used even if the workplace is not a company (e.g., a school or government office). It's a safe default when you don't need to be specific.
