再検討 is the most general and formal term for re-examination, often used in business or official contexts. 見直し implies a review with the aim of improvement or correction, and is common in both formal and everyday settings. 再考 is specifically about reconsidering a decision or opinion, and is often used when asking someone to rethink something.
English 're-examination' can cover many situations, but Japanese uses different compounds depending on what is being re-examined. Using 再検討 for a medical test would sound unnatural; use 再検査 instead.
The re-examination will be held next week.
