wholesale
卸 centers on the idea of distributing goods in bulk: selling wholesale, or the act of unloading and passing on merchandise to retailers.
卸 is thought to combine 午 (noon) and 卩 (a kneeling person), possibly suggesting a person unloading goods at midday, but the exact historical development is uncertain.
The left side looks like a stack of boxes (午 with extra strokes), and the right side 卩 is a person kneeling to unload them. Picture a worker unloading crates of goods for wholesale distribution.
For シャ, imagine a wholesale shed where goods are unloaded: shed -> シャ, and the kneeling worker unloads crates inside.

things don't work that well in the real world; things seldom go as one wishes; that is expecting too much; it won't be that easy; the wholesaler won't sell it like that
