not at all; it was nothing; no bother at all

A polite, humble expression used to deflect thanks or apologies, similar to 'don't mention it' or 'it was no trouble'. Often considered grammatically irregular; more formal alternatives like とんでもないことでございます are preferred in very polite contexts.
