Used to state that a conclusion or situation remains the same regardless of which of two (or more) options is chosen or which is true. Often appears at the beginning of a sentence or clause.

• どっちにしても、明日あしたまでに決きめないといけない。

  Either way, we have to decide by tomorrow.

• どちらにしても、結けっ果かは同おなじだと思おもいます。

  In any case, I think the result will be the same.
