In online gaming, the act of watching a streamer's broadcast to gain an unfair advantage, such as locating them in the game. Also used more broadly for cutting off contact without explanation, but the gaming sense is the focus here.

  Ghosting, where you watch a stream to pinpoint an opponent's location, is prohibited.

  That player apparently got banned for ghosting.
