The loanword コンフォータブル is rarely used in natural Japanese. It may be understood but sounds unnatural. Use the native expressions above instead.
快適 is more objective and often used for functional comfort (air conditioning, ergonomics). 心地よい is more subjective and sensory (softness, breeze, mood).
