Weak point or vulnerability. Often used for a specific area where someone or something is lacking.
Can also refer to personal limitations in ability, similar to 'I know my limits.'
A time limit set by law for taking legal action.
Statute of limitations. The period after which legal action cannot be taken.

The statute of limitations for that crime has expired.
制限 (seigen) is an externally imposed restriction (rules, laws), while 限界 (genkai) is an inherent limit or breaking point (physical, mental). Use 制限 for speed limits, time limits; use 限界 for 'I can't take it anymore.'
The katakana word リミテーション is rarely used in natural Japanese. Stick to the words above depending on context.
