Do not try to translate 'as far as ... is concerned' word-for-word into Japanese. There is no single equivalent phrase. Instead, use the patterns above depending on whether you are marking a topic or expressing a perspective.
Both mean 'regarding', but に関しては is more formal and often used in written or official contexts. については is neutral and suitable for everyday use.

As far as safety is concerned, there is no problem.
